I am a corporate storyteller, business strategist, and performance consultant. For over 25 years, I’ve helped organizations sharpen their influence, transform their sales performance, and accelerate adoption in some of the most competitive industries in the world.

I’ve sold spine implants in the operating room, built global training programs, advised executives as an organizational development consultant, and led med tech global marketing teams. Along the way, I’ve trained hundreds of sales professionals, guided multimillion-dollar partnerships, and co-authored Roadmap to Success with Deepak Chopra and Ken Blanchard.

My work is about more than just process and playbooks. I’ve studied martial arts, competed as a nationally ranked tennis player, trained in NLP and the Enneagram, and traveled across the Americas learning from both modern innovators and indigenous wisdom keepers. These experiences shape the way I teach influence: blending ancient patterns with modern strategy, philosophy with execution.

I believe influence is the most important skill in business — because when you master it, sales grow, organizations transform, and goals stop being distant targets and become lived realities.
